You might want to go to their sister garden in the southern part of the island. It's the NTBS Allerton Garden. It's a lovely stroll as the gardens were planted by the Allerton's as outdoor rooms. The upper portions of the gardens, where you have the beautiful sweeping views require following a path and stairs up the hill. The tour is self guided so you could see what works for your family.
