Really not what we expected - absolutely heaving despite it being end of October, quite tacky shops and restaurants, National Palace a major let down as no furniture - just empty rooms, unfriendly, c… Full review by Lakes_woman

I see on the website it says that there are disruptions due to works on the building. Especially on the Manueline facade, the chapel, the Jardim da Preta and upper area of gardens; Has anyone experienced this during the month of February 2019 and how bad is it. Many thanks.
parquesdesintra pt / en - problem entering US phone # on this website to buy tickets (can't put the real link in this question but that is the site). Anyone else have this problem? It's a required field on the site. Thanks.

I would also recommend just trying again. There was not a huge line there when I went anyway, so I think if all else fails it's okay to buy the tickets there.
Plan to visit the palace this Friday. Question is how long it takes if I book the online ticket in their website? 1 day ahead? Also, after I book online, they send the PDF of version to my email? Or i need to collect my ticket somewhere?

Thanks everyone. How about Pena palace? From reviews, the line for ticket seem to be very long. Will the line be long on Friday in early October?
At what time does this Palace close on SUNDAYs? I've read some conflicting info, and I'm trying to figure out if I'd be able to visit the palace arriving 12:30p on a Sunday in September. Even if it closes at 2PM, is that enough time? 1.5 hrs?
