Rarely open. Supposedly open on Saturdays and Bank Holidays, it isn't! It appears that it is only open when the owner can be bothered. I have tried to visit over many years, still to see inside it. … Full review by mikecG4850WI

Walking around the north-eastern part of the Chester city walls, its impossible to miss the imposing Phoenix Tower, overlooking the canal below. Great views of the city. Full review by 923Dan

The Phoenix Tower also known as the King Charles Tower was closed when we visited just like a few other sections of the wall, but its still impressive as part of the overall wall trail. Full review by TeamWard
