Lovely place. Worth to visit. Nice views from the top. Stairs are steep. A little hike is involved. I liked it. Park is nice for a walk. Full review by Pioneer697732

We loved walking to Cabot’s tower, it was up hill which was an easy walk, there are lots of steps that you have to climb inside and they are very narrow but the views at the top are fantastic Full review by 78trishm

Personally, i would recommend going to "The Hope & Anchor", which is really close to the Tower. It is a cosy pub with good food and atmosphere. BTW - since you're gonna be 8 people, it's probably better to reserve a place.
