Italian Olympic gold medalists Sara Errani and Jasmine Paolini beat Katarzyna Kawa and Iga Swiatek to secure a hard-fought, thrilling 2-1 victory over Poland on Monday and send Italy into the Billie Jean King Cup final for the second consecutive year.

Italy has returned to the Billie Jean King Cup final after beating Poland 2-1 in Malaga. Sara Errani and Jasmine Paolini defeated Iga Swiatek and Katarzyna Kawa 7-5, 7-5 in the deciding doubles on Monday.

Iga Swiatek has just clinched another thriller win at the Billie Jean King Cup Finals as the world No. 2 came back from a set down to beat fourth-ranked Jasmine Paolini 3-6 6-4 6-4 and force a deciding rubber in the Poland and Italy semifinal tie.
