Dodgers star Shohei Ohtani and Yankees' Aaron Judge headlined the 2024 Silver Slugger winners, MLB announced on Tuesday.

Shohei Ohtani, Teoscar Hernández, and Mookie Betts all won Silver Slugger Awards as the best offensive players at their positions in the National League. Three players is the most Dodgers to win Silver Sluggers in the same season in the 44-year history of the award.

Dodgers slugger Shohei Ohtani and the Yankees' MLB home run leader Aaron Judge both were both awarded Silver Sluggers, which honor the best offensive player at each position in each league. The awards precede what's expected to be an MVP coronation for each player later this week.

Astros second baseman Jose Altuve and Dodgers utilityman Mookie Betts led the field of Silver Slugger honorees, which included seven first-time winners.

Mookie Betts has now seven Silver Sluggers and six Gold Gloves in his career, placing the Los Angeles Dodgers superstar on a list that includes Barry Bonds and Ken Griffey Jr.
