Tensions have been brewing over the disgraced royal’s living situation, and things recently came to a head for Prince Andrew and King Charles when the monarch reportedly cut off his younger brother’s private security and allowance as a last-ditch eviction attempt.

Friends of Prince Andrew were jubilant Friday night after the disgraced duke won the so-called ‘Siege of Royal Lodge,’ successfully defying his brother King Charles’ long-running efforts to kick him out of the extravagant 90-acre property.

Prince Andrew has conjured up enough money to stay at Royal Lodge. His days in the 30-room, grade-II listed house in Windsor Great Park had seemed numbered after his older brother King Charles ramped up efforts to evict him.
