Nearly 100,000 Arizona voters affected by a registration system error involving proof of citizenship will be allowed to vote on a full ballot in the November election, according to a ruling made by the state's Supreme Court.

Despite some gains, registered Democrats are losing ground to Republicans in Pennsylvania as the 2024 election approaches.

The plaintiffs challenged a controversial bill which required county recorders to cancel and remove voter registration if a voter is registered in another Arizona county.

The Arizona Supreme Court will allow 98,000 people who aren’t confirmed citizens of the United States to vote in state and local races, it ruled Friday.
