Nov 1, 2024 · St. Ignatius of Cleveland won the Rugby Ohio Boys HS 7s on Sunday, but despite the final score of the final it wasn’t an easy run. The tournament was a straight bracket, with eight teams in a quarterfinal, followed by cup semifinals and consolation semifinals, and then the placement games. The quarterfinal matchups were: Walnut Hills vs Highland.

Most notable are St. Joseph's and Boston College, just missing out on conference championships, but playing well in getting there. They are peaking at the right time. Apr 22, 2024 · Gonzaga defeated local rivals Georgetown Prep Friday night, taking the game 48-15 in DC. Gonzaga has just returned from a trip to Argentina where they played two very strong clubs. They lost 14-12 to Tucumán Rugby Club and three days later lost 38-22 to Jockey Club Salta, a game where they led before hitting a bit of a wall.

We were tempted to move Saint Mary's out of #1 because they are graduating some very good players, but in the end we know also they are reloading quite nicely.
