I usually like to back sweeten to about 1.006(ish) with fajc. However, I have several gallons of frozen home pressed apple juice from last fall that I would like to use.

Right now I've got three gallons of a local cider mills cider, came in a little lower at 1.048, but I'm using the same technique, 1 packet nottingham, fermented at ambient temps (~70).

This seems to fit with other empirical sources I have seen where straight juice has an OG of ~1.045-1.05). When I enter a GRAFF recipe using this value, it comes out about right ~1.063 according to what GRAFF makers report for OG.
