May 27, 2019 · Actually, for the '20 models, the 3500 is changed up some. Used to be the only difference between a 2500 and 3500 srw was the springs. Now the rear differential is actually different too. The 2500 has an 11.5" ring gear and the 3500 has a 12" ring gear. At least that's what I remember reading in the released specs.
