May 11, 2012 · Personally, I think it would be fascinating to see which decks came out on top if they all faced off against each other. But don't be surprised if the early decks come out on top. Magic was more broken back then. As good as decks like Caw-Blade, Jund and Affinity were, I don't think they'd stand a chance against some of the early powerhouses.

But the Turbo Stasis deck from the same era, as mentioned earlier, is just as cool, or you can bump it to the Ice Age-5th-Mirage standard and run ChronoStasis.

When it comes to your deck, step back and look at it and try to make sure that every card serves a purpose. Is there a good reason for going multiple colors, and can you achieve the same task while using fewer colors.
