Jul 19, 2019 · GT Designer3. Im using a USB to communicate to the HMI and thats working fine I can also directly connect to the CPU using an Ethernet cable. I've been told that I can program the PLC directly from the USB cable connected to the GOT HMI, I also have an Ethernet cable between HMI and PLC. I've tried everything I can find online but I'm still stuck.

Jul 30, 2015 · The additional port of PLC must be set to support either Programming Tool Protocol, or Dedicated Protocol. The settings can be done using D8120 register or using PLC Parameters. 2. The appropriate FX PLC driver has to be choosen in HMI communication settings and a Transparent mode must be set for the 1st HMI.

Jan 29, 2016 · The module used RS422 interface to connect to HMI. And they used multilink n:1, means 1 PLC - n HMIs. Attachment shows how they are connecting. My client just wants to upgrade to Q series and not to change the HMIs. I think I should replace the A1SJ71UC24-S8 by QJ71C24N. I can conect PLC to HMI by configuring 1:1.

Oct 10, 2018 · GD2 is incremented every scan of the HMI when the while loop is active. GD3 calculated GS7 - GD1 just to check if there was a problem with the this calcuation. It now works with the additions edited out so that it is back to your original version as far as I can tell
