Jun 5, 2023 · Look at the bottom left corner of the board. Do not turn it on before cleaning that capacitor acid, you can damage the console. Pull out the board from the chassis and scrub it good with IPA 96%, brush and q-tips. Based on the picture, other capacitors look fine. Your grandfather gave you his OG XBOX..... Feb 2, 2022 · Compressed air. Short bursts. Dont tilt can. You can use a soft bristle brush to loosen dirt. You can also use alcohol or Electronics contact cleaner. Make sure to let it dry at least 30min to be safe. Make sure u connect everything correctly when done. Good luck
