Help with SD card types and capacity for RNS510
May 5, 2014 · About to order a SD card to try from OCUK, £4 for a 16GB card. That's what I do, I use a 4GB SDHC card from my camera to transfer music onto my RNS510's hard disk. It's a right pain in the arse tbh.

Jun 14, 2013 · I've posted this issue in the RNS-510 FW thread over the summer, but it never gained any traction (or reply for that matter). And at the expense of shelling out more money for additional SD cards to figure out what works and doesn't work, I wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing this issue.

Watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-VKU9zWfWjA You need this "RNS 510 maps tool" to make the ISO smaller, then you can burn it on a single layer DVD. Just buy a good DVD+R disc, Verbatim or similar, just make sure it's DVD+R, they worked every time for me.

I have a 16 gig card, and I downloaded from my windows media music library, my catalog of CDs of which there were a couple of 100. The player plays the first song and that's all.
