May 5, 2024 · My older cat is constantly meowing and bringing me toys, especially at night. I’ve looked up a bunch of different things and I’ve tried playing with him more and acknowledging him when he brings it in case it’s him bringing a gift. But it just won’t end. He’s been doing it for a year now and no significant change happened when it started.

Sep 6, 2015 · I started hear a cat meow, or I think a kitten, and i cannot find it anywhere. I am right by the noise, and not even my binoculars could not pick up the sound. I am just curious as to what it is, let me know if anybody else has witnessed this and/or where the cat is.

The things that have helped my cat the most is daily outside time, and as much play as i can fit in a day. Id get another cat if i could but my building complex wont allow it and my downstairs neighbour already complains about my one cat 🙄. Also i work from home a few days a week so he dosent just sleep a solid 8 hour block while work.

I agree with the humane trap suggestions. However, I'd like to add some things. Since you hear your cat meowing in the morning, is it possible your cat might be trapped somewhere? Like under the house or in the garage. But you might be surprised where cats can squeeze into, they're instinctually drawn to tight spaces, they feel safe there.

Sep 4, 2023 · Since last week we have noticed that one of the cats (female, spayed, 13) has started meowing loudly and continuously for no apparent reason and peeing a lot out of her litter (and drinking more than usual), mostly in a specific point of my bedroom; she has never been the vocal type, however she has had multiple problems with cystitis in the past, so we thought that might be the case.
