What I'm trying to achieve is for example to select the Pencil Tool or the Fill (Bucket) Tool, and have no color selected. Then, when i draw with the Pencil or Fill it draws Transparency, basically like how the Eraser Tool works now, but with other tools.

The circles cannot have a fill (need them transparent) so the user can see clearly where the circles intercept.
